Originally from Chicago, Christina started flute and piano lessons at the age of 7. She received her Bachelor of Music from Arizona State and a Masters of Music from New England Conservatory in Boston, Mass.

After graduating from New England Conservatory, Christina played flute with the Boston Philharmonic and with various small ensembles in the Boston area. She then returned to Arizona and built a large flute and piano studio in the Phoenix area.

Recently, she played principal flute with the Scottsdale Arts Orchestra and in 2010 had a solo performance with the orchestra.

Christina has been teaching for over 25 years and loves to create a teaching environment centered around each student’s needs and personality. She is proud of her many students’ accomplishments, which have included winner in the Protégé International competition, participation in Regionals and All-State, and 1st place in the Arizona Flute Society competition.
